Filterlogic strictly controls the filtration materials and produces them with lead-free, BPA-free materials to ensure excellent filtration performance and user safety.

Employing coconut activated carbon block, granular activated carbon, and activated alumina as the filter media, the Filterlogic black water filter can provide the same strong purification capacity as the original filter. It can reduce up to 99% of chlorine, as well as heavy metals, sediment, sand, rust, odor, and large particles in the source water, improving the taste of the water. Please note that the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) level does not fully indicate the quality of the water, and the Filterlogic filters do not lower the TDS value.

The Filterlogic black water filter is a replacement for Berkey BB9-2 Filters, as well as the filters for Berkey Gravity-Fed Water Filter systems, including Travel, Big, Royal, Imperial, and Crown Series. We recommend replacing the black filters every 6,000 gallons per pair, which can save the cost of 45,000 water bottles. The fluoride filters should be replaced every 1,000 gallons per pair, with the replacement frequency depending on water conditions.
